Csun has established the “Integrity Management Code” and set standards for corporate governance and regulatory compliance to ensure the company’s operations comply with legal requirements, protecting shareholders’ rights and the company’s reputation. In 2023, Csun had no major violations and ensured that its operational activities met regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and social responsibility. The company also implemented corresponding measures to strengthen work hours management and workforce scheduling to prevent similar violations in the future.
2023 Performance
- No major penalties for violations of environmental or social regulations.
- No major incidents of product or service violations, anti-competitive behavior, or monopolistic practices.
2022 Incident Handling
In 2022, Csun violated the Labor Standards Act and paid a fine of NT$180,000. The company developed an improvement plan, which included strengthening work hours management, automating production, implementing flexible scheduling and workforce management, and enhancing internal communication to prevent similar incidents in the future.
