In the fiscal year 2023 of our company, cash dividends totaling
NT$447,727,044 were distributed, with a dividend of NT$3 per share.
3.Type and monetary amount of dividend distribution after the change:
As of May 9, 2024, the total outstanding shares of our company amounted
to 149,742,348 shares. We distributed cash dividends totaling
NT$449,227,044, equivalent to NT$3 per share.
4.Reason for the change:
Due to the transfer of treasury shares to employees,
it has affected the outstanding shares.
The profit distribution is maintained at a dividend
per share rate of NT$3. At the board meeting, it was decided
to authorize the chairman to adjust the dividend payout
amount at his discretion.
