(1)The Company's 10th (1st of 2023) Treasury shares. In accordance
with the ”Rules on Transfer Repurchased Shares to Employees,
the Company will transfer 619,700 shares. And the exercise price
of transferring shares to employees is NT$ 57 per share.
(2)The record date for employee stock subscription is August 2, 2024.
