Policy and Commitment
Csun adheres to international human rights standards, such as the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights,” to ensure that the fundamental rights of all employees and stakeholders are protected. The company complies with domestic and international labor laws and guarantees employees’ rights through various communication channels. Human rights policies are regularly promoted in orientation training and monthly company meetings, fostering human rights protection and equality.
2023 Achievements
- Healthy and Safe Workplace: In 2023, Csun held four Occupational Health and Safety Committee meetings to review and improve employees’ health and safety risks, aiming to build a zero-accident working environment.
- Employee Self-Initiated Groups: Csun respects employees’ freedom of association and has established various groups such as the Charity Club, Badminton Club, and Yoga Club, offering diverse learning opportunities for employees.
- Labor-Management Negotiations: In 2023, four labor-management meetings were held at both the Taipei and Taichung plants to enhance effective communication between employees and management, and to promote company policies, benefits, and activities.
- Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Opportunities: Csun is committed to providing a gender-equal and diverse working environment. In 2023, Csun held two gender equality campaigns and emphasized fair hiring, pay, and promotion systems.

- Compliance with Minimum Wage and Reasonable Working Hours: In 2023, all company employees earned wages above the minimum legal standards, with reasonable working hours provided.
