Functional Committees

Audit Committee
The audit committee is responsible for overseeing the accuracy of the company’s financial statements, the selection of auditors, internal controls, and risk management. In 2023, the audit committee held five meetings with a 100% attendance rate, discussing key issues such as the review of financial statements and audit plans.

Remuneration Committee
The remuneration committee is responsible for evaluating the compensation and performance of directors and managers. In 2023, the committee held four meetings to discuss adjustments to director and employee compensation, with a 100% attendance rate.


Sustainability Governance

Policy and Commitment
The board of directors also supervises the company’s sustainable development, with the Sustainability Committee coordinating issues related to the economy, environment, and human rights, as well as promoting ESG goals. The committee reports on the progress of sustainability initiatives to the board at least once a year.
